This is a field-based position requiring the professional to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential. The role involves travel outside the territory for broader engagement. Within the global Neuroscience organization, Medtronic advances care for complex neurological and spinal conditions using innovative technology, data-driven insights, and clinical expertise to partner with physicians and health systems. The Neurovascular operating unit focuses on advancing treatment of stroke, brain aneurysms, and vascular disorders through innovative endovascular technologies, including devices for revascularization, embolization, and precise intervention. A Territory Manager is expected to achieve annual sales objectives by selling and supporting the Company’s neurovascular products while representing Medtronic to the customer in accordance with Company policies and AdvaMed guidelines. They develop clinical and administrative relationships in assigned accounts and formulate a grow and defend territory strategy, considering competitive pressures and local market conditions. Territory Managers are expected to demonstrate High Performance Practices and competencies to meet and exceed objectives.
