This role is responsible for sales promotion and service of all Company products within an assigned geographic territory, developing and maintaining key physician and hospital contacts to achieve corporate objectives, and consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales goals. The position requires keeping up-to-date on product, clinical, and procedural knowledge, effectively managing the territory through sales activities, maintaining business climate awareness, and developing quarterly business plans. A superior customer service orientation, maintaining professionalism, and communicating new product ideas and competitive activities are also key aspects of this role. The Territory Manager will report weekly sales activities and submit expense reports as needed, while maintaining specific account knowledge within their territory. They may also assist in introducing new product prototypes. This role requires a valid driver's license and may involve other assigned duties.
