This role is for a Territory Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, focusing on Electrophysiology. The position is based in New York City, NY, Philadelphia, PA, or Washington D.C. The Cardiovascular team at Johnson & Johnson is dedicated to developing next-generation treatments for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, aiming to improve patient outcomes and elevate standards of care. The Territory Manager will be instrumental in driving the adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures, expanding market share, and growing the structural heart imaging market within their assigned territory. This involves identifying new procedural opportunities, increasing the adoption of ICE into new programs, and transitioning workflows from TEE-dependent to ICE-guided procedures. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders. The Territory Manager will act as the lead for a pod team, including Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists (UCASs), and collaborate with Regional Business Directors (RBDs) to achieve business objectives. The position involves managing all aspects of customer groups, including large hospital systems, teaching hospitals, and community hospitals, and influencing clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to promote the use of BWI ultrasound products. A total account management perspective is expected, leveraging resources, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence, with a primary focus on leading the commercial shift from TEE-dependent procedures to ICE as the preferred imaging modality. This position is adjacent to Electrophysiology and is key to expanding J&J's leadership in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart.
