Basemakers is a leading retail sales management company in the food and beverage industry, known for partnering with innovative brands to increase their market presence. We are expanding our services and technology to support our continued growth. Our core belief in the power of relationships drives our success. We are seeking a full-time, outside field sales and merchandising representative for our new Charlotte territory. This role involves daily travel throughout the greater Charlotte Metro area, focusing on the northern and southern suburbs and surrounding communities. You will visit approximately 6-8 grocery stores per day, working to enhance the in-store presence of various brands. By building relationships with grocery store decision-makers and working with brand products, you will act as a trusted advisor to increase sales velocity through problem-solving. We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving, team-oriented, and coachable individual who operates with integrity while representing both brands and Basemakers.
