About The Position

Local businesses like salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and local shops and services are being left behind because they can't afford big marketing agencies, don't have time to learn new tools, and most technology isn't built for them. Small business owners are heads-down running their businesses and buy from people they trust. Omada.ai is looking for Territory Development Partners / Sales Development Representatives who are hungry, people-first, and genuinely excited about AI and its potential for small businesses. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the AI revolution, with comprehensive training and excellent compensation.

Requirements

• Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable making cold calls.
• Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses.
• Strong communicator who connects with people quickly.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience.
• Experience working with small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local businesses to start conversations.
• Set up demo appointments with closers.
• Identify qualified local businesses using Omada's Route Planner.
• Initiate conversations in person or by phone, asking clarifying questions about their current business promotion strategies, time spent on promotion, and social media management.
• Book qualified lead appointments that show up to the call.
• Generate leads that convert to sales.
