Currently, local businesses like salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and retail stores are being overlooked because they cannot afford large marketing agencies or dedicate time to learning new technologies. Omada.ai is addressing this gap by providing an AI-powered marketing solution specifically designed for small businesses. We are seeking motivated and people-first Territory Development Partners who are enthusiastic about AI and its potential to help small businesses grow. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a significant technological shift, with comprehensive training and excellent compensation.

Requirements

Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable making cold calls.
Genuinely excited about AI and its potential for small businesses.
Strong communicator who connects with people quickly.
Must reside in the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales experience.
Experience working with small business owners.

Responsibilities

Act as the local representative for Omada, engaging with businesses in your territory.
Initiate conversations with local business owners to understand their current marketing efforts and challenges.
Schedule demo appointments for the sales closers.
Identify qualified local businesses using Omada's Route Planner.
Conduct initial conversations in person or by phone, asking clarifying questions about their promotional strategies and social media management.
Generate qualified leads that result in appointments and sales conversions.
