About The Position

This role involves coordinating territory care and inside sales functions. Key responsibilities include opening new offices, handling inbound/outbound calls, managing referral forms, creating appointments for Outside Sales, coordinating event invitations, attending events, performing event follow-up, and engaging in social media activities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
