About The Position

The Territory Business Manager role is focused on achieving sales targets within a specific geographical territory. The position requires extensive fieldwork, operating independently without daily direct supervision, and involves daily reporting through an online system. Core responsibilities include driving maximum prescription generation, increasing market share for the division's products, and promoting them according to strategic guidelines. A significant aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists. The manager is also expected to contribute to strategy building and serve as a brand ambassador for the division. This is a full-time position with 100% travel required, and the work involves continuous standing for prolonged periods.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Fluent and confident communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skills
  • Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
  • Experience with MNC or top Indian Pharma companies

Responsibilities

  • Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
  • Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
  • Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitating Strategy building
  • A good Brand Ambassador
