About The Position

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Ashland County, Wisconsin, and surrounding communities. This role offers an opportunity to earn supplemental or full-time income on a flexible schedule. As a Field Inspector, you will conduct brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions using industry-standard mobile applications. The position emphasizes autonomy, allowing you to manage your own routing, schedule, and territory. Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5-6 minutes on-site, with stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county. This role requires significant driving within a rural county with longer distances between stops, making a fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads valuable.

Requirements
