Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Account Representative – Retail is responsible for managing and growing an assigned retail book of business and territory through a combination of field-based and inside sales activities. This position serves as OrePac's primary field sales representative to retail customers, driving sales performance by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting OrePac products and programs, supporting customer quoting and order activity, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships while increasing market penetration and sales performance across assigned accounts.
