Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in the tech or software space.
  • Earned your bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer-obsessed—seriously, you love making clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of.
  • Organized, strategic, and never let a renewal sneak past you.
  • Not afraid of KPIs—quota motivates you, and you know how to grow accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the AEC space is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Relationship: You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of existing clients. Think of yourself as their trusted advisor for all things AEC.
  • Drive Renewals & Upsells: Keep licenses up to date, identify expansion opportunities, and make sure your accounts are fully adopted with the ATG value adds.
  • Be Proactive, Not Reactive: Stay ahead of renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate what clients need before they ask.
  • Stay Sharp, Stay Updated: Keep up with Autodesk’s ever-evolving product line, pricing models, and promotions so your clients always get the best.
  • Education is Key: Help customers keep their employees up to speed on the latest software updates and company processes through the Global eTraining solution.
