Territory Account Manager
About The Position
EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at their Tooling Solutions rental facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role is focused on transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and exceptional customer support. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and educating them on how EquipmentShare's solutions can improve their business operations. The Tooling Solutions branches offer rentals of industrial tooling, including power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools.
Requirements
- Tenacious and innovative with superior sales skills
- 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
- Industrial contract knowledge
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive but thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test (depending on job responsibilities)
Responsibilities
- Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
- Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
- Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
- Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
- Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
- Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
- Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory.
- Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
- Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
