This role is for a Territory Account Manager located in Peoria, Springfield, and Champaign, IL, within the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision division. The position focuses on selling ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses to established customers and developing new prospects. The Territory Account Manager will leverage knowledge of the organization's products, services, and marketing campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relationships. A key aspect of the role involves understanding customer strategic priorities, buying motives, end-user needs, and business operations to secure orders and product commitments. The role requires learning the organization's offerings through sales training, studying marketing techniques, and working with experienced representatives. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for articulating product value, managing inventory, keeping customers informed about market trends, and maintaining detailed records and reports. They will also be responsible for scientifically and economically differentiating products to customers in a compliant manner, managing their assigned territory, and tailoring clinical and financial messages to meet unique customer needs. Effective communication and utilization of various resources and tools to deliver a clear sales message, along with executing pre-call plans, are essential.
