EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role involves educating customers on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently, and solving their problems. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support is also a key responsibility. The Territory Account Manager will keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions, and promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. The role also includes conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience, and managing and supporting job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement. Assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site is also part of the role.
