Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous retail or sales management experience that demonstrates your ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A valid Class D driver's license is required.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check in compliance with our Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software and inventory management tools will be crucial for managing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills are paramount, enabling you to build rapport with customers while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
