EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in NW San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. This role involves maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping them updated on new offerings, and promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries. The Territory Account Manager will conduct sales presentations, develop new sales strategies, and manage/support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.
