EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Chattanooga, TN. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The company offers construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The Territory Account Manager will execute the full sales strategy, from market analysis and sales forecasting to pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. They will also respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently. The role involves conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and supporting job site activities. EquipmentShare utilizes a proprietary T3 platform to support its employees.
