About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Trotwood, OH. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The ideal candidate will be tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and a proven sales track record. They should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. While heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge is preferred, it is not required as training will be provided. The role requires technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company and a competitive, self-motivated, results-driven attitude within a team-oriented environment. The ability to manage strategic and national accounts is also necessary.

Requirements

• Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
• Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

• Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Territory management of a geographical area.
• Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
• New business development and Client acquisition/Account development.
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied.
• Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
• Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
• Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
