Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)
About The Position
EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions, and more. The ideal candidate will be ready to grow with the company, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction. The total compensation ranges from $150,000 to $600,000, including a base salary and uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
- Pump, Power & HVAC (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling solutions) equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Pump, Power & HVAC industry (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Territory management of a geographical area, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- New business development and client acquisition/account development by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals to educate them on how EquipmentShare can save them money, make them more money, and operate more efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction with service and support, keeping them updated on new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
