EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for territory management of a geographical area, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support, and keeping them up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business with comprehensive jobsite solutions is also a key responsibility. The role requires prompt response to and resolution of customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications, conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, and developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. The Territory Account Manager will also manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
