EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role involves maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and keeping them updated on new EquipmentShare solutions. The Territory Account Manager will also conduct sales presentations, develop new sales strategies, and manage/support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.
