They are looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager to pioneer new opportunities and expand their market presence. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel are key).
  • The ability to accurately interpret jobsite needs and translate them into effective HVAC solutions.
  • A self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented mindset, comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers.
  • Proactively uncover bidding opportunities and expertly influence project specifications to favor Plumbers Supply Co. solutions.
  • Sell across the full HVAC product portfolio, including RTUs, VRF systems, IAQ products, and more, providing value-added, tailored solutions.
  • Perform precise equipment take-offs, develop competitive and compelling bids, and collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to deliver accurate proposals.
  • Represent Plumbers Supply Co. at industry trade shows and events, promoting HVAC offerings and cultivating a professional network.
  • Partner with Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
