EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, and power solutions. The company is looking for someone who is ready to grow with them, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for territory management, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis to customer retention, responding to inbound leads, developing new business, and maintaining existing customer relationships. They will also conduct sales presentations, develop new sales strategies, and support job site activities.
