EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, and power solutions. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for quickly responding to inbound leads and requests, developing new business, and maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and managing/supporting job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
