Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Expert level skier/snowboarder
  • 2+ years of mountain operations experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / MS Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail and level of professional conduct. Self-starter, ambitious and multi-tasker.

  • Snow grooming operations experience
  • Snowmobile operation experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall financial management of the Terrain Parks department, including labor and operating budgets.
  • Hires, trains, schedules and manages the performance of department staff to meet the goals of this department.
  • Lead and collaborate in snowmaking progression tactics, park builds and other project management.
  • Execute contracts with third parties in accordance with company legal standards.
  • Provide coordination and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage capital projects to be completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • Manage safety and guest service expectations with all operations in the department, including but not limited to; snowmobile use, grooming policies, and use of tools and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
