About The Position
As a Terrain Park Crew Member, you will act as a professional Resort representative creating the best environment for employees and guests. Recognizing that service is our product and providing guests with a wonderful experience is our primary focus. Safety, fun, and learning are daily tasks for this position while achieving a high level of morale and accountability for the entire team.
Requirements
- Must be 18yr old or older
- Ski/Snowboard ability
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts outside
- Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
- Experience in driving snowmobile; safe driving record
Nice To Haves
- Advanced ski/snowboard ability
- Prior Park Crew experience
- Park Riders preferred
- Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain Park Rope Lines, Signs, and Closures
- Maintain Park Features using various tools such as rakes, power tools, shovels and fork lifts
- Opening and Closing of Parks
- Test Park Features using ski and snowboard equipment
- Provide a welcoming and safe environment by following the Skier's Responsibility Code and the SMART Style Terrain Park Safety Code
- Inspect Terrain Park area and maintain daily inspection logs on every feature
