About The Position
Assists with the design, construction, maintenance, and daily operation of Windham Mountain Club terrain parks. Supervises Park Crew, promotes guest safety, coordinates park events, and ensures terrain parks are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
- 18+ years old.
- Expert snowboarder and/or freestyle skier.
- 2+ years of terrain park experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Park Crew.
- Assist with park design, construction, snowmaking, and feature maintenance.
- Ensure park safety through signage, fencing, inspections, and guest education.
- Open and close parks; monitor conditions and adjust access as needed.
- Coordinate with Grooming, Marketing, and other departments for park operations and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
