Responsibilities
- Lead daily memory care operations and resident engagement programs
- Develop and implement individualized activities and brain fitness initiatives
- Partner with clinical and care teams to support ISPs and resident needs
- Support families through communication, education and engagement
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring and team performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
- Monitor resident satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
- Manage department budget, expenses and operational goals
