Under the direct supervision of the TERO Division Director, the TERO Coordinator enforces Tribal Code compliance for Native American workers who are working on the reservation or projects involving Tribal funds. Duties include assisting with background checks, monitoring contractors, preparing documents and reports, conducting investigations and hearings, and attending meetings. This position consists of technical and administrative work in coordinating and monitoring activities of the Tribal Employment Rights Office and the enforcement of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma TERO Act.
