Requirements
- No experience required – training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
- Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
- Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
- Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
- Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
- Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
- Keep customer informed about the service
- Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
- Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
