About The Position

The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This role is responsible for the overall customer experience and requires strong communication skills to provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork. The technician will compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meets the customer's needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
