About The Position
Massey Services is seeking a Termite Technician for their Port Orange location. This role is responsible for the overall customer experience, providing environmentally responsible and superior service. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude, a strong work ethic, and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include comparing and evaluating possible customer service solutions and recommending customized service plans to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communicator
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall experience of our customers.
- Provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork.
- Compares and evaluates possible customer service solutions and recommends a customized service plan that best meet their needs.
