About The Position

Termite Technicians perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices. They identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps. Technicians communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity to the customer and discuss procedures and structural modifications that may supplement the treatment process. This role involves entering and exiting structures and crawl spaces, climbing over and on top of structures, and ascending and descending stairs and ladders. They will use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills. The role requires tolerating a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and damp or dusty locations, and operating and maintaining equipment and vehicles in a clean and good working order.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must possess valid driver's license from state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in termite control a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process.

  • Use application and inspection equipment; small hand tools and power hammer drills.
  • Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
  • Operate and maintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order.
