About The Position

Termite Technicians perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices. They identify customer’s termite problems and use their knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps. Technicians communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity to the customer and discuss procedures and structural modifications that may supplement the treatment process. The role involves entering and exiting structures and crawl spaces, climbing over and on top of structures, and ascending and descending stairs and ladders. Technicians will use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills. They must be able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and damp or dusty locations. Additionally, they are responsible for operating and maintaining their equipment and vehicle in a clean and good working order.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service
  • Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must possess valid driver's license from state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in termite control a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
