About The Position

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base. This role involves assisting customers with their pest control related concerns, completing general pest inspections, and meeting all regulatory safety requirements. The ideal candidate will attend product training sessions and meetings, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
  • A high school diploma
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
  • PestPac experience
  • Associate or higher degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their pest control related concerns.
  • Complete general pest inspections.
  • Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirement.
  • Attend product training sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers is expected.
