About The Position

Massey Services is seeking a Termite Technician for their Lake Nona location. This role is responsible for providing environmentally responsible and superior service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring overall customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with customers, and completing required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. The technician will also compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend customized service plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
• Strong work ethic
• Adept to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communicator
• Provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork
