We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Termite Technician to join our pest control team. In this role, you will use your expertise and training to protect customers properties from wood destroying organisms.

Requirements

Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
Prepare the job site for treatment
Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders
Comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder along with working in small confined spaces.
Ability to work on a roofs and high areas
Lots of moving around — regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
Okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
High school diploma or GED
Must pass pre-employment background screen
Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
At least 1 years of customer service
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed

Nice To Haves

General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is plus
Experience in termite control is a plus

Responsibilities

Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
Applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process
Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
Completing production forms documenting services provided
Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
