About The Position

A licensed Turner Termite Technician will perform treatments to structures in various stages of construction. This position will perform treatments to preconstruction and post construction, including installs, service calls, inspections, and other termite related services. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions, not have a fear of bugs, snakes, or rodents, and be comfortable in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics. The role requires the ability to withstand long periods of squatting, standing, and walking, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Technicians will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator in some cases, and must be able to safely use portable ladders. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematic equations.
• Competent with the use of new technology.
• Organized and able to manage their own daily route.
• Able to navigate their daily route with GPS.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations.
• Safe use of portable ladders within the manufacturer's specifications and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to termites.
• Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction.
• Install, service, and perform inspections.
• Manage service calls and documents using handheld computerized equipment.
• Provide customers with general information about various services.
• Conduct service calls as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
