About The Position

We’re looking for a Termite Repair Technician to provide high-quality wood repair services for customers impacted by termites or other wood-destroying organisms. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems on-site. Our goal is simple: deliver exceptional service to every customer, every time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and on ladders
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with hands-on termite repair or construction-style work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused

Nice To Haves

• General Pest Control Applicator License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess termite and wood-destroying organism damage
• Perform termite-related wood repairs at customer properties
• Communicate clearly with customers, termite inspectors, and management
• Complete appointments on time and with professionalism
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment
• Follow all safety, chemical, and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses
