About The Position
Dodson Bros. Exterminating Company, Inc.—one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States—is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Termite Re-Inspector in your area. With a legacy of excellence dating back to 1944, our team of over 650 employees proudly serves customers across seven states and the District of Columbia. The Termite Re-Inspector is responsible for evaluating properties previously treated or pre-treated for termites, ensuring continued protection and identifying any additional service needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and eager to support our mission of delivering an exceptional inspection experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable accessing tight spaces or working at heights
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience or certification in pest control or landscaping is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of properties previously serviced for termite control
- Evaluate for additional service needs and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team
- Apply pest control products in compliance with state regulations and product labeling
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every client interaction
- Attend all required training and obtain required licensing or certifications
- Adapt work schedule to meet customer needs, including occasional Saturdays
