About The Position

Alta Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Inspector Sales Representatives. This role involves meeting with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for rodent activity, termite infestations, and moisture-related issues. You will educate homeowners on findings, recommend solutions, and help them protect their homes. This is a consultative, face-to-face sales position focused on building trust and providing an excellent customer experience. Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and exterior property areas.
Comfortable kneeling, climbing, and lifting when necessary.
