Termite Direct Seller / In-Home Sales Consultant
About The Position
Aptive is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to join our high-performing termite protection team. This role is ideal for experienced in-home sales representatives, inspectors, or commission-based closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want uncapped earning potential. You’ll meet with existing Aptive customers through pre-qualified appointments, perform home inspections, and educate homeowners on the value of termite protection services. Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a closing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass an initial drug screening
- Full-time availability
Responsibilities
- Conduct 7-9 scheduled home inspections daily for existing customers
- Identify termite risks and recommend protection solutions
- Educate homeowners and close sales during the appointment
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
- Manage your daily route using a company-provided vehicle
