About The Position

Join our growing team as a Termite & Pest Control Technician! This is a stable, long-term career with growth opportunities in an essential service industry. With over 20 years of experience, we offer a role where hard work meets stability. You will provide top-tier termite and pest control services in various environments, working outdoors in all types of weather. This is a field-based position where you will operate independently, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for weekend work as needed. You will be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers' safety and well-being.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE a termite license and previous experience.
• Strong knowledge of termite behavior, treatment methods, and pest control regulations.
• Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
• Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
• Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years.
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
• Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
• Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
