About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Terminal Operator to join our terminal operations team in Tampa. This role is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient handling, transfer, storage, and movement of sulfuric acid and related materials within the terminal. As a Terminal Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our terminal running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to support the movement and storage of sulfuric acid, monitor terminal operations, perform inspections, and ensure equipment and systems are operating properly. No two days are exactly alike. You may be loading railcars or trucks, assisting with vessel discharge operations, troubleshooting operational issues, conducting inspections, or completing important documentation that keeps our operation moving smoothly. Safety is at the center of everything we do, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in following procedures, watching out for their teammates, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Willing and able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Able to work safely in an industrial environment.
  • Possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
  • Willing to work outdoors.
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to participate in an alternating on-call schedule.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to learn.
