About The Position

At RAS Logistics, our Terminal Managers are the driving force behind daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction. The Terminal Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and strong team performance. This role is responsible for managing staff, meeting company metrics, and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience (logistics, operations, or leadership)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, budgets, and overall location performance
• Ensure company metrics (QOS, TDI, etc.) are met
• Handle service, safety, and customer-related issues
• Train, develop, and manage warehouse and office staff
• Oversee scheduling, timecards, and staffing needs
• Support recruiting and man
• Ensure DOT and safety compliance
• Monitor fleet data and delivery performance
• Conduct field audits and enforce safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage installation parts
• Oversee routing, delivery assignments, and customer communication
