About The Position

This position is within Vanderbilt Health’s Department of Pediatric Cardiology and works with Drs. Soslow’s research team. The role averages 5–10 hours per week. Responsibilities focus on preparing cardiac MRI data for research and maintaining research datasets and databases. The position supports machine-learning projects, external collaborators, and efficient research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and de-identify cardiac MRI datasets so research data is available to machine-learning projects and external collaborators in a timely manner.
• Enter analyzed cardiac MRI data into research databases.
• Maintain organized datasets and support data-management activities that improve research workflow efficiency and project progress.
