About The Position

Saddlebrook Tennis seeks a passionate and dependable Tennis Intern to support our world-renowned summer junior tennis camps. Interns will work alongside elite coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions for players aged 8–18 while gaining valuable experience in coaching, leadership, and sports management.

Requirements

• Current or former college tennis player (NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Energetic, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced camp setting

Responsibilities

• Assist coaching staff with on-court drills, ball feeding, and group management
• Supervise campers during match play, conditioning, and daily activities
• Help set up and maintain courts, equipment, and training stations
• Ensure a safe, encouraging, and professional environment for all athletes
• Escort campers to and from sessions, meals, and dorms when needed
• Serve as a role model and mentor to junior players
• Participate in evening recreational and team-building activities
• Communicate regularly with the coaching staff regarding camper development
