About The Position

This position will provide support to the Tennis Director and the Tennis House Manager at the Kroc Tennis Center in the day to day operations of the Clubhouse, billing reconciliation; selling tennis memberships, registering members for lessons and clinics and assist the Tennis Director and Tennis House Manager where needed so as to ensure the Kroc Tennis Center members’ needs and the Tennis Center’s concerns are met.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2-4 years’ experience providing customer service in a related environment
  • Knowledge and experience in USTA league play and tennis lesson programs
  • Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the highest level of customer service for all members, non-members, guests, and associates of the Tennis House.
  • Responds to questions; conducts follow-up regarding complaints and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintains progressive knowledge of all programs and class schedules.
  • Maintain tennis court schedule ensuring courts are scheduled according to lessons, clinics, league time and tournaments.
  • Assist in preparation of the facility for league and tournament events.
  • Promote products, programs, lessons and maintain accurate participant information.
  • Educate memberships on Kroc Tennis Center policies.
