About The Position
Montgomery County Parks, Enterprise Division, is seeking dynamic, energetic, fun seasonal/intermittent applicants to fill positions at either the Pauline Betz Addie Tennis Center at Cabin John Regional Park or the Wheaton Indoor Tennis Center. These roles involve engaging with adults and children in an active, indoor setting with a focus on tennis and pickleball. Work hours are flexible and include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Both facilities are open year-round.
Requirements
- Weekend and evening work is required.
- Comfortable performing basic computer functions.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attain First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (training classes available).
- Attend in-house orientation.

- Knowledgeable of facility programs, fees and policies.
- Pleasant demeanor.
- Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Performs program and/or facility management duties in assisting management staff.
- Serves as the facility’s first point-of-contact for customer questions and/or concerns.
- Assists full time managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, inspect for cleanliness, safety issues and sanitation.
- Opening and closing duties for facility.
- Processes program registrations, rental applications, and court reservations.
- Performs cash handling, prepares daily bank deposits and runs cash reports.
