Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient with job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or interest in tennis is a preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for all tennis facility users.
  • Knowledge of services offered.
  • Facility Maintenance:
  • Maintaining the overall organization and presentation of the pro-shop.
  • Monitor and address equipment needs, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Member Engagement:
  • Foster a welcoming environment, building rapport with members and promoting a sense of community.
  • Proactively address member needs and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of court bookings, lesson schedules, and member information.
  • Assist with payments as needed.
  • Assists with managing court reservations and ensure accurate scheduling.
